Privacy Policy

ADOM respects the privacy of people who contact us. This page explains how we handle information submitted through the ADOM website.

Information we collect

• The content of your business request
• Your email address and any details you choose to include
• The date and time the accepted request is received
• The Privacy Policy version accepted and the source page
• Limited security data, including a keyed hash derived from the connection address and a browser user-agent string limited to 256 characters

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review and respond to requests, determine whether and how ADOM may be able to help, communicate about possible next steps, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the website and inquiry process.

Storage, notification, and retention

After server-side validation and spam checks, accepted requests are stored in Cloudflare D1. A notification containing the request and reply address is then sent to an approved ADOM recipient through Resend. The website does not claim success unless D1 confirms storage. Access is limited to approved ADOM operators.

ADOM generally retains accepted inquiry records for up to 90 days. Records may be retained longer if the inquiry has been moved to a separately managed business record or if a legal obligation, dispute, or other justified business need requires retention. The inquiry database and longer-lived business records are managed separately. You may request deletion using the contact address below; verification of the requester and exceptions under applicable law may apply.

Analytics, cookies, and Turnstile

No analytics vendor is currently connected. The site prepares non-personal interaction events, but request text, email addresses, request identifiers, and connection data are not included. If an analytics provider is enabled, this policy and any consent controls will be updated where required before that provider is used.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the request form from abuse. It processes technical information needed to perform the security check and may use necessary browser storage or cookies according to Cloudflare’s service operation. The validation token is verified by the server, is not stored in the inquiry record, and is not used as an analytics identifier by ADOM.

Sharing and service providers

We do not intend to sell personal information. Cloudflare processes information needed to host, protect, and store requests, and Resend processes information needed to deliver inquiry notifications. These providers may process information outside Japan. Where required, ADOM will address cross-border processing in accordance with applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
